CASA VALERIE WEDDINGS is Vallarta's premier Wedding Venue and Event Venue with over 30 years of combined international experience in Europe, the United States and Mexico, you can be assured your event will be a smashing success and one your guest's will talk about for years to come. The owner, VALERIE NEBLETT, has done over thousands of successful events, including over 100's of weddings at Casa Valerie.

Our chef team is experienced and is led by Juan Zuno, one of Vallarta's top chefs. He is currently Executive Chef at the awarding winning Latin Asian Fusion restaurant Boca Bento, which recently moved to the Casa Iguana Resort in Mismaloya. He has not only catered numerous events in Mexico , but he has worked extensively in the U.S. as well, including several events in Napa and Sonoma . We are ready to prepare any type of cuisine that you desire and leave your guest's with a huge smile on their face.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from CASA VALERIE WEDDINGS Catering. We do not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought into any catered event with the exception of wine or champagne with dinner and GUESTS will pay a $10 USD per bottle corkage charge. A 15% service charge will be added to all beverage purchases.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement to provide Services - Signatures below acknowledge that CASA VALERIE WEDDINGS CATERING AND EVENTS will provide catering services as specifically detailed in the proposal above to the CLIENT. Any changes to the agreement will be agreed upon by the client and a representative of CASA VALERIE WEDDINGS Catering and Events no later than thirty (30) business days prior to your event.

Guest Count & Minimum Guarantee - Your final guest count is due thirty (30) business days prior to your event and may not be decreased after this date for final billing purposes. In the event of a necessary increase within three days of your event, our staff will make all possible arrangements to accomodate additional guests and additional charges will be calculated on stated per person prices. The client will be financially responsible for any increased cost for rush orders required to acquire products or services necessary to accommodate increases in the final count.

Client is also financially resposible for any breakage or loss of rentals caused

by their guests.

Service Charge - a 15% service charge is assessed on all Food & Beverage consumed

Payment Terms - Payment Terms are as Follows:

• 30% due on signing Catering Agreement (non-refundable).

• Additional 50% (Total 80%) with 30 days of the event (non-refundable)

• Remaining 20% due – 10 days before event

• Additional 5% fee with Visa or Master Card Payment, 3% with PayPal

• U.S. Checks accepted (ask for special details) and no fees apply.
