Villa Menton is a magnificent turn of the century villa that lies one half of a mile from the Italian border in Cote d'Azur and has recently been completely remodeled. The villa is set upon a beautiful domain that overlooks pristine sea and bustling port. The villa's grounds are dripping with local flora and fauna to create a Mediterranean theme from the exterior in. Just down the hill are the beautiful beaches and port as well as old town, where guests will find some of the finest restaurants and cafe's. There is a beautiful terrace on the property that is equipped with a dining table so guests may enjoy a dinner al fresco style with views of the sea. There is also a private shaded plunge swimming pool and furnished sundeck.

Villa Menton offers its guests some of the most spectacular Cote d'Azur France accommodations. Guests are welcomed onto the ground floor of the villa where they will find the large entrance hall with marble staircase with French doors that open to the terrace. There is also a formal dining room as well as an open plan kitchen and a guest watercloset. The first floor hosts a double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bath, a second double bedroom with en-suite bath, a child's bedroom with en-suite bath and a single bedroom with a separate shower room and watercloset, each opening to the terrace. The lower garden level has a self-contained apartment that includes a living room, kitchen and double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, dressing room and watercloset.

Villa Menton strives to ensure that its guests experience the most carefree vacation and includes some of the most prestigious Cote d'Azur France accommodations. The villa is equipped with a state of the art stereo system, outdoor barbecue facilities and a television with a DVD player. Guests can relax at the pool, or walk to the beach and spend a day of fun in the sun with the entire family. Children are permitted at the villa; however it may not be suitable for children under five years of age. Monaco is about a ten minute drive from the villa and has activities for guests of all ages.

Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of payment is due no later than 75 days prior to travel. Reservations made within 75 days of travel may incur an administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Security Deposit Policy: Your security deposit is required in cash upon arrival at your villa. The refund of your security deposit, less any appropriate charges, will be made upon check-out from your villa or shortly thereafter
