Casa La Vista

Casa La Vista is situated ocean front, on a cliff, at the North edge of Mismaloya Beach Cove. It is the only ocean-front, single-family house located in Mismaloya Cove, offering a 270 degree view! To the left, you can see Mismaloya Beach and all of the beach activities close enough to enjoy viewing, but far enough away to feel the privacy that the Casa’s location offers. Straight ahead, you can enjoy boats coming in and out of Mismaloya Cove, as well as the opposite side of the “jungly” peninsula, where the movie “Night of the Iguana” was made years ago, that put Puerto Vallarta on the map.

Straight ahead and to the right is the coast and all open ocean as far as you can see, offering glowing sunsets that are ever-changing, due to the varying low cloud cover in the distance. The crashing surf below can be exhilarating by day and very soothing by night.

Finally, to the far right, is a view of Los Arcos and downtown Puerto Vallarta in the distance.

A variety of birds fly right by the main deck and the trees below. Between the beach activity view, the boat and water-sports view, as well as the many birds in the area, it is very easy to see days slip away, with your only explanation being that you spent the day at the house!

Casa La Vista has five bedrooms (plus one additional bedroom available for staff) and 5 ½ baths. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the fifth has twin beds, allowing a maximum of ten guests per stay. However, don’t feel that you have to travel as 8-10 people to stay at Casa La Vista.

All five bedrooms are quite large and have their own ocean-front balconies, ocean-view full baths and walk-in closets. Casa La Vista is fully airconditioned throughout and each bedroom has its own temperature control, as well as the main level. Each bedroom has a key-operated security box in the closet, for your passport and valuables.

. Two bedrooms with king-size beds are on the main level; the remaining three bedrooms plus staff room are on the lower level. For privacy, there is a separate stairway and hallway door that encloses the laundry area and staff room from the hallway to the three other bedrooms. The lower level also has a wet-bar and refrigerator, as well as a gym and a Mac with internet access (DSL). The upper level has high speed wireless internet and a house laptop pc. Two of the five bedrooms (one up, one down) are considered “Master Suites” and have TVs with Satellite feed. All five bedrooms have phones for local calls. We include 2 hours free long distance calling to the United States with every one week booking.
