NOTE: Government hotel and motel Taxes and fees not included (19%) in the above rates. Rental rates include daily maid service except Sundays and Holidays. Chef and waiters can be hired in advance for an additional fee. For each guest over 8 the rental rate is $313 USD per guest per night in low season and $438 USD per guest per night in high season. Holiday prices for extra guests please inquire. There is a total of 4 king size beds which accommodate 2 guests maximum per bed. The maximum number of guests allowed in Villa Real del Mar is 10. Rental rates are not guaranteed and subject to change.
The staff is off work on Sundays and Holidays. Please note there is $125.00 surcharge for working on Sundays and a $300.00 surcharge for working on Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) those charges are to be included with the reservation or services will not be available on those days.
